YOGA, MEDITATION & QI GONG 2009
Yin Yang Yoga - Kripalu based style with an emphasis on the breath and Qi WED 7:15-8:45pm (moderate)
3 Power Yoga - core movement, stretching, and strengthening (parent with well behaved child welcome)
TU & TH 6:30-7:30 pm & (moderate - vigorous)
Meditation - calm and focus through theory and seated practice (chairs and cushions provided) SUN 8-9:00 pm (gentle)
Qigong - core movement meditation with a focus on standing postures
SAT 9:40 - 10:40 am (gentle)
Animal Frolic and Taiji Ball Qigong - natural whole body movement with an internal focus
SUN 7-8pm (moderate)
